Equine Assisted Learning

Equine-assisted learning connects humans with horses to explore our behaviour and learn valuable lessons about life, leadership, and individual and team development. 

Over the past 2 years, I’ve been working with my coach, Hillary Schneider, a master instructor in equine-assisted learning. At her ranch, I’ve had the chance to practise with a herd of 20 wild horses to develop a meaningful learning experience for leadership professionals.
