Chris has been where you are.
Before executive coaching, Chris enjoyed a 20-year career as a manager and leader, including co-founding a top company that earned the National Post “Canada’s 50 Best Managed Private Companies” Award. Now, as a leadership and team development expert, Chris passionately shares best practices and common pitfalls that he sees in the field and has experienced himself. He has a knack for translating what he’s learned into memorable stories and scenarios that help people see what changes they need to make and get excited about taking action to get where they want to go.

Chris is certified to administer various psychometric tests and competency-based assessments for clients. He is also a certified Family Enterprise Advisor and teaches at the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business. Most recently, he achieved certification to facilitate Equine Assisted Learning.
Chris nurtures and cultivates his passions to sustain the energy he needs to be present and productive with his clients and enjoy a full life with his family. He loves great food, playing outside (golf, mountain biking, tennis, hiking, skiing) yoga, and recently began playing hockey again after decades away from the rink. He is also constantly pushing himself to learn new things.
